(Culinary Genius)

Work is slow, so I want everyone to listen very carefully........

For those of you who haven't heard, I made beef jerky this weekend. Oh yes, and it turned out perfectly. It was actually quite easy...and everyone should give it a shot. It's not even 10am yet and I'm already starting to eat alot of it. If someone doesn't intervene this could be a very long jerky-filled day. Please help.
